Kids In Charge 2010

Papa managed to run out to take a picture of us cos xuan met her fav teacher! 何老师 is nice enough to help us babysit and bring her around to play.

Didi didn't take part in anything except curl up in mama's arms the whole morning. Guess it's too big an activity for him. I thought that last year we had more fun, but with the advantage of scale and new ideas constantly being churned out, I don't mind leaving didi in My First Skool (of course, his teachers adore him too. I sometimes see him on his teacher's lap when I go fetch him home) and xuan in MMI (xuan's teachers adore her too, let her be the monitress in the class. She makes other kids re-fold their mats if they're not satisfactory!)...

Happy Father's Day!

Didi's first card :) He planted some green beans for me for Mother's Day, which lasted not too long :P

Ukelele

Didi seems to be interested in the guitar...Natural flair at strumming even

So Mama bought a ukelele for them! :D:D When it comes to books and musical instruments and sports equipment, I only settle for the "real deal" :)

(After I bought that I saw a tiny guitar and regretted a little...cos at least I can play a little of guitar and so far, my ukelele sounds quite awful. Hahahah!)

Didi is drinking from the cup! He has only been drinking from the straw (cos Mama So didn't want to face the consequence of spilling) but since he went to Toddler class, he has been showing more initiative in feeding himself, using the cup, and taking off his shoes the moment he steps into the house :):)

We got a free tent that becomes as small as pillow as flat as a book when folded up! :D:D It's pretty and fun! Makes me feel like throwing away the other fridge-box-playhouse that I made, though 我有一点不舍得……Xuan didn't want me to throw it away too, but the house is getting rather cramped with toys......
