Jumping at the grand stand

We used to do this quite often when Xuan was younger, and I'll hold her hands as she jump down the grand stand, then climb up again, and jump down again...It's quite a workout for me too. Now they can finally jump on their own!

This is how I teach them to jump: knees bent for the spring, and knees bend for the landing too.

I do hope that they play a sport when they grow up. I can't do much about catching or throwing balls, but at least I can make sure they have proper running posture and build up their stamina and interest in sports. Still not sure how to teach them how to swim though. Maybe I should do what my father did...just throw them into the deep end and see how :P
