Enrichment Classroom
Xuan attended this phonics class at the Jurong West Stadium and it's time for didi to attend too, since xuan has just completed her Little Notes classes at Yamaha. He loves the interactive whiteboard though the class full of active boys is a little noiser and rowdier than xuan's class used to be. Here's me little leftie boy practising his stroking!
The objective of signing him up is really just for the exposure and the fun of it. MMI is teaching phonics and blending so when they tested xuan to see if she can attend the higher level class at the same timing as didi's class, we found that she already know it all or will be learning it at her childcare, so there's no need to sign her up too. Didi loves this class and would say everyday “我要去上面的学校！”(as opposed to “下面的学校”which is his MMI childcare centre :) )

Went to West Coast Park today. This little boy came over and asked my little boy to play with him. I am pleasantly surprised by how un-shy he was. If it was a fellow Chinese boy we'd probably be thinking "who are you?"Wednesday, January 26, 2011
