Cheeky Melody

1. Didi was playing with the balloon and accidentally scratched me with the stick. I turned to Xuan with a sulky look and said “弟弟插到我了”She immediately said loudly to him, "Say sorry to mummy!" She has been really sweet to him all weekend, not screaming at him when he crawled towards her toys, even giving him one of her toys when he do crawl up to her. I think praising her as a jiejie when she is nice to him and "scolding" him for the same things that she is scolded for helps.

2. We were eating and she was standing on her chair, leaning halfway across the table. I said “坐好来”, she sat down and asked me “这样子？”I said “可以”. She put her hands behind her back and asked “这样子？”I said “可以”. She put her hands beside her and asked “这样子？”I said “可以”. She put her finger on the number plate on the table and asked “这样子？”I said “可以”. She put both her index fingers on the number plate and asked “这样子？”I said “可以”... This went on for another 20 positions or so.

3. She said she needed to go to the toilet (Fully trained by day now! :D:D Still needs 2 diapers at night though cos she drinks 2 bottles of milk before she sleeps, one more bottle in the middle of night). I quickly brought her to the public toilet and held her by the waist. After a while, she started singing “哥哥爸爸真伟大，名誉照我家……”I said “不要唱，专心一点。”So she started humming something else. Seeing that she's done, I carried her down and started putting on her skirt, while saying “再唱妈妈就打你的屁股”. So she sang while going out of the toilet “妈妈要打我的屁补~~”(She can't pronounce "g" very well yet)
