How time flies, almost make me want to have a third one.

Sentosa/Vivo night out

We went to Universal Studios at night hoping to go in for just a tour, but turns out it only opens at night on Fri and Sat, for a fee of $5. Think there will be fireworks as well. But the shops and deco outside was more than enough for us to walk around.

Iron Man

It was a happy breakfast at McDonalds at Pioneer Mall on a Saturday morning...

Then when we were going to take the lift to the carpark, didi saw his favourite poster, chiong towards it and yelled "IRON MAN!"

Didi loves Iron Man. Every time we eat at Pioneer Mall (which is every week), he would run into the shop and grab the Iron Man DVD, repeating "There, Iron Man, there!" while Xuan points to every single cartoon CD that we have at home repeating "这个我们也有！"

The first time he "transformed" into Iron Man, he actually covered his face, touched his body and his feet, then held up his hand and went "biang!" Took me a while to realize he was "covering himself with the iron suit". Cute!

Kampong trip-Day 2 & 3

We woke up to birds chirping in the morning. Very fresh and recharged...

When didi comes down too fast he bumps his buttocks on the ground which I'm trying to capture but he learnt to control his force. But he still entertained me anyway haha..

An un eventful day...We watched "How to Train your Dragon" in the morning, took another long nap in the afternoon, then played ball in the evening before going out to Pasar Malaam.

Both Little Sos' motor skills still got room for improvement..haha..

At the Pasar Malaam, a little girl shoved Xuan away at the coin-slot-machine! And she hit me and my mother in law when we told her off! My children must learn to toughen up...though not to the point of acting like a street child.

Short legs...so cute :P Our daily sleep routine--read books, get Mummy So to do a lot of things till she gets mad and uses "the voice" to make everyone lie down quietly, and finally, Mummy So sleeps before Little Sos sleep :P

The next morning, xuan gets to pick corn from the garden. Tai-po planted a lot of food! We ate very healthy organic veg the whole weekend.

Then we went out for breakfast and went to the playground again

We came back and watched "How to train your dragon" again with Papa So's cousins, who came to visit. Didi fell asleep on the sofa in my fav froggie pose and xuan covered him with her towel. So sweet!

Didi gets his toilet training over the weekend partly because we stayed one more day than planned and had to ration his diapers, haha. He's doing well and we're going to start weaning him off in school as well :)

Daddy and zehzeh very tired. The trick to a comfy road trip--bring along their pillows!

Kampong trip-Day 1

During the Deepavali long weekend, we went back to Seramban, Malaysia to visit Papa So's relatives. Little Sos had fun and a good rest too

Upon reaching, everyone did a little roaming about, then Mama and didi did some charcoal drawing on the floor:

Then everyone took a nice, long nap...Xuan and didi are being trained to sleep on the same bed since 2 weeks ago to prepare them for the great "move-out-to-their-own-room" project :P

At night, we went to Jusco to shop. Bought 2 sets of puzzles and 1 rather expensive sticker for the kids at Popular. There are 2 rabbits and "chef costume" and "waitress costume" and all sorts of food and plates. Xuan played mix and match on the sticker for all of the weekend:

It's amazing how late it feels cos everywhere is so dark in the village by the time we reached home, which is only about 9pm? The kids concentrated on the puzzles and entertained the old folks:
