Xuan's best friend who's also our neighbour:
Didi tags along when they play. He'll be that "irritating little brother" who follows them around, and "he spoils everything cos mummy will be following him". hahahah! :)
"I promise to stay out of the way..."
On Teachers' Day, all the childcare centres were closed for a day, so all the children and their mummies were home. We spent the whole morning at the playground together, had lunch at my house while Sharon's mummy bought lunch for me and herself, then together with another nrighbour, a sec 1 boy (and his 2 other friends who stay at the other block), we went swimming! Xuan and Sharon and her mom kept floating in the lazy pool, hand-in-hand, while didi and me splashed water in the baby pool. What a "Love your Neighbour" day :):)
When Sharon comes over, she and xuan are happily occupied, didi tags along with me following him around, Sharon's mom gets a break, I get to relax a little too. There's a couple who always sits at the staircase talking, and the boyfriend is didi's best friend. He never fails to "light up very brightly" and wave to the couple with a loud "HA-YOOO" right infront of them. One day he saw the "gor gor", said hello very loudly to him, dashed inside our house, emptied out the entire "ball basket" to find THE small rugby ball, dashed out and threw it at "gor gor" to play catch and throw with him.
Hmmmm, my children have a better relationship with the neighbours than we do.... :P:P
